um, so i get recommendations from amazon in my email. most of the time, this is a good thing. but i find it mildly annoying that they base some of my recommendations on things i gave other people as gifts. i say, if it's got the gift note or wrapping, they shouldn't count it. is there a box i can uncheck somewhere that'll fix it?

good god, Giant Voice is loud. we have these speakers in our housing area that are supposed to alert us when there's a tornado or an air raid or something.
